Dynamic weather and day/night system

As mentioned before, World of Football has a system of weather phenomena where each weather may or may not influence the game. In the case of rain, the lawn gradually gets wet, resulting in a change in the player's acceleration. The same happens in conditions involving snow, but with more accentuated changes in the player's movement.
